Raw unfiltered fir honey and honeycomb are rare and expensive to find, making it the most expensive Greek honey on the market. Sunnat Medina’s beekeeper prides himself on never using pesticides or chemicals on his hives, instead using natural hops to care for the bees, making the honey natural.

All of Sunnat Medina’s Greek honey is unheated and unpasteurized, and the fir honey is packaged directly from the honeycomb. It has a distinct amber colour and a unique, less sweet taste, making it an unsurpassed addition to any diet.
