The Raw Pine Honey is made by bees collecting honeydew from pine trees in an area free from pesticides, chemicals, and fertilizers. Instead, the beekeeper uses natural hops to reduce parasitic mite populations in his honey colonies, making the Greek honey completely natural.

Pine honey is a type of forest honey that accounts for almost 65% of the total honey production in Greece. It has a darker colour and a stronger taste than more common floral honeys, with a higher mineral content and specific nutritional and therapeutic benefits.
