Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on weekdays or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method
We offer the following shipping option within the UK:

Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next working day delivery. While it’s designed to be a fast service, it can occasionally take up to two working days. In the rare event Royal Mail’s services are under maintenance, we will use another courier to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the courier’s website.
Delivery Areas
- We currently ship within the UK only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns
- You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sunnatmedina@outlook.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will send you a returns authorization and return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Unless your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service to return items, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have processed and received the returned items. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Item(s)
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at sunnatmedina@outlook.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
