Availability & Pricing

  • • All products and prices are subject to availability.
  • • All prices are in UK Pounds sterling and include VAT.
  • • Prices in Euros and US Dollars are based on average daily exchange rates and may vary upon processing.
  • • Product images are for illustration purposes only.

Special Offers

  • • Special offer prices are only valid for purchases made at the offer price.
  • • Sunnat Medina will not refund the difference for items bought at a higher price when not on special offer.

Complaints

  • • Complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, with immediate acknowledgment as our goal.
  • • Customers will be informed of progress throughout the complaint process.

Data Protection

  • • In compliance with the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Security Checks & Order Cancellation

  • • Orders may undergo additional security checks at our discretion, including Credit/Debit card and address confirmation.
  • • Sunnat Medina reserves the right to cancel orders if required information cannot be provided.
  • • Certain orders may be delivered to the Invoice Address only, and customers will be notified via email.

Insufficient Stock

  • • In the event of insufficient stock, we will offer an alternative item or refund the cost of unavailable items.
  • • No additional compensation will be provided for disappointment.

Returns & Refunds

  • • Customers have the right to return orders within 7 working days of receiving goods.
  • • Product costs will be refunded within 30 days of receiving returned items (excluding postage charges).
  • • Refunds or exchanges are granted for unused products.
  • • Postage costs will be refunded for incorrect, faulty, or damaged items (photographic evidence may be required).

Incorrect Items

  • • In case of receiving an incorrect item, return the item for a correct replacement and refund of return postage.
  • • For fast replacement, customers will be charged for the correct item, which will be refunded upon receipt of the incorrect item and associated return postage costs.

Recommended Delivery

  • • For orders over £15, we recommend using Recorded Delivery for added security and peace of mind.
